The Challenge

A multi-location telecommunications organization on the East Coast was facing a compounding problem. Sales were underperforming across locations. Profit margins were thin to nonexistent. And at the root of it all was a leadership pipeline that had been left largely to chance — managers and above had little to no formal training in coaching techniques, leaving their teams without the guidance needed to perform or stay.

Annual turnover had climbed to 58% — a persistent drain on momentum, culture, and resources the organization couldn't outrun. New employees were taking upward of six months to reach full competency at every level. The business was caught in a cycle it couldn't break from the inside.

They needed someone who had actually lived these problems before being asked to solve them.

The Approach

E35C began where every engagement begins — with discovery. Before a single program was designed, we listened. We mapped the gaps between what leadership was being asked to do and what they had actually been equipped to do.

What followed was a fully custom suite of instructor-led programs built from the ground up — covering selling fundamentals, coaching techniques, and leadership development. Every session designed specifically for this organization's people, culture, and operational reality.

E35C facilitated every session directly, building internal capability alongside delivery — until a mutually agreed handoff confirmed the organization was equipped to carry the work forward independently.

And then we did something that stopped the room. We brought our production crew on site — and built the training content around their own people, their own environment, their own language.

The Challenge

Years of rapid growth had outpaced the infrastructure to support it. Onboarding a new technician at In-Sight Communications meant two to six weeks of direct, side-by-side time — with the owner or a senior tech pausing their own work to bring someone up to speed. The knowledge was there. It just wasn't organized in a way that could scale.

The Approach

Over an eight-month engagement E35C documented every operational process from the ground up, produced a library of field and office training video content featuring the actual team, and built a self-paced onboarding roadmap that new hires and subcontractors can work through independently.

We also built custom workflow automations using Claude and Zapier — real-time fleet maintenance alerts, inventory tracking, and supply management integrated directly into the team's existing tools. No new software subscription required.
